What is “Home Staging?”

Home staging is the process of preparing any home for sale using a proven set of
guidelines and special marketing. Staged homes usually will sell for more money and
quicker than the competition.

When you put your home up for sale, it becomes a product. There will be comparable
homes for sale and you want your home to stand out. Staging will accomplish this. I will
show you more than how to “reduce clutter” and “paint neutral colors.” With a listing
agreement, my consultation is FREE as part of my services. And I’ll show you how to
stage your home on the inside and outside! Staging doesn’t have to mean major
construction. Often, it’s the small details that need addressed. If you are unable to
complete any necessary work on your property, I can make arrangements for you. Any
investment you would make in staging would be less that the cost of reducing your price
due to lack of offers. THE AVERAGE BUYER WANTS A HOME IN MOVE-IN CONDITION.
